Good to Know

• The time you book is the meeting time at the activity provider’s office, not your museum entry time. Please report at the Touristation Vaticano office at Viale Vaticano 97, located 50 meters opposite the entrance of the Vatican Museums.
• From the Touristation Vaticano office, a member of staff will personally escort you to the Vatican Museums entrance.
• Please ensure your shoulders and knees are covered, as shorts are not permitted.
• The Vatican Museums offer free admission to visitors with a certified disability of more than 74%. If the visitor requires assistance, a complimentary ticket is also provided for one accompanying person.
• You must enter the Vatican at the time stated on the ticket issued to you at the Touristation Vaticano office. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close certain sections, including the Sistine Chapel, without prior notice. Such closures do not entitle visitors to a refund.

Meeting Point

Please check in at Touristation Vaticano, Viale Vaticano 97, about 50 meters from the Vatican Museums entrance. Please arrive 15–30 minutes before your selected time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
