• You cannot pickup your tickets in advance, your host will accompany you to the Vatican Museum entrance
• Visitors holding a disability card with more than 75% are entitled to free entrance and do not need to purchase a ticket.
• Please be aware that access to the Sistine Chapel is subject to Vatican regulations and ceremonies. The Vatican Museums may decide to close the Sistine Chapel on short notice for official events or religious proceedings.
• In the event of any unexpected developments, we are unable to foresee or control these closures in advance. However, your ticket will still grant you access to the Vatican Museums.
• Michelangelo’s “The Last Judgment” will undergo conservation from January 2026; scaffolding will partially obscure it until further notice

Meeting Point

Please check in at our office located at Via Sebastiano Veniero 74. Look for the sign outside that reads "Inside Out Italy." Your host will then escort you to the Vatican Museum entrance, assist you through the security check, and provide insights on what to visit.
